For caregivers

For facilities
10%on completed stays only
- No subscription, no listing fee, no setup fee.
- You're charged nothing for declined requests or unfilled dates.
- You set your own nightly rates, cancellation policy, and minimum advance notice.
How the commission works
When a caregiver requests a stay and the facility accepts, the booking is confirmed. The caregiver pays the facility directly at intake, under the facility's own billing process. RespiteAway never holds your money and never marks up the price.
After a stay is completed, RespiteAway invoices the facility a 10% commission on the cost of the completed stay. Caregivers never pay RespiteAway anything. If a booking is cancelled, no commission is charged.
Every booking's price, dates, and cancellation terms are recorded and timestamped when the stay is confirmed, so both sides have the same written record of what was agreed.
What we don't do
- We don't mark up room rates. The price the facility sets is the price the caregiver pays.
- We don't charge cancellation fees on top of the facility's policy.
- We don't sell your data or run advertising.
- We don't use surge pricing or any algorithm that changes the facility's price without their input.
